Microsoft rolled out agentic analytics and a conversational query tool to Clarity, letting owners skip the dashboards and just ask what's happening on their site.
Microsoft Clarity just launched agentic analytics and Ask Clarity, two features that let site owners skip the dashboard and ask questions about their visitors in plain language. Instead of clicking through reports, you can type or speak a question, "Why are people leaving my product page?" or "What's my conversion rate on mobile?", and get an answer.
Clarity added three capabilities: agentic analytics (AI agents that interpret your data), Ask Clarity (a conversational query tool), and an expansion of brand agent features. The move is backed by momentum: AI agents on the platform nearly doubled to almost 2 million in just three weeks, a sign that owners are hungry for faster ways to understand site behavior.
Analytics dashboards are powerful but slow. You log in, hunt for the right report, filter data, and maybe find the answer. Ask Clarity collapses that workflow. You ask a question in natural language and get a direct response. For a shop owner tracking cart abandonment, a contractor managing lead quality, or a small manufacturer watching site traffic, this saves time and surfaces insights you might otherwise miss.
Agentic analytics means Clarity's AI agents work on your behalf, interpreting patterns in your visitor data and serving up answers without you having to know how to read a funnel chart or cohort table. The brand agent expansion lets you set policies and goals that the agents understand, so they answer questions in the context of what matters to your business.
If you run Clarity already, the new features are available in your account. Ask Clarity is a new tab or interface where you can type questions about your site. You don't need to change your existing setup or retrain your team on a new platform, these tools layer on top of what you already track.
The rapid uptake, 2 million agents in three weeks, tells you this is where site analytics is headed: away from passive dashboards, toward active, conversational tools that answer your questions in real time.
How WebKing runs this
We activate Clarity's agentic analytics and Ask Clarity feature on your account, training your team to ask the questions that matter most to your bottom line: where visitors drop off, which pages convert, and why.
Agentic analytics lets you ask Clarity questions in everyday language instead of navigating dashboards. You can ask things like 'where do visitors leave my checkout?' and get a direct answer without hunting through reports.
No. Ask Clarity is a new conversational layer added to your existing Clarity account; your current tracking and dashboards stay in place and continue to work.
Almost 2 million agents were activated in three weeks, showing owners want faster, simpler ways to understand visitor behavior. The tool removes friction between question and answer.
Yes. Ask Clarity works with your actual Clarity data, so you can ask about any metric or visitor path your site tracks, tailored to your business.

More from the desk
Agentic browsers now navigate and purchase on a person’s behalf. If your site is slow or your checkout is clumsy, the AI gives up and moves on.
Google measures LCP, INP, and CLS using real visitor data, not lab tests. Your page has to pass all three thresholds at once, or it fails. Most sites don't know this.
A no-code platform now merges website building, CRM, order management, and automation in one tool, letting small business owners stop juggling separate systems.
