A shared sheet has no history, no permissions and no rules. Two people edit the same row and one of them loses. A real app writes to a database, keeps every change, and tells you who made it. Nobody has to remember which file is the current one.

Most lost jobs aren't lost by anybody. They sit in an inbox somebody assumed was handled. Assignment, status and due dates live in the app, so the thing that's overdue is on a screen instead of in somebody's memory.

It's a browser, so it's on the phone your crew already carries, the tablet at the counter and the desktop in the office. No app store approval, no installs, no version somebody forgot to update.

If somebody exports from one tool and pastes into another every week, that's a job the software should be doing. We wire the systems together directly, so that time goes back to real work.

How we work
Before we design anything we look at how the work actually happens today, including the workarounds. The workarounds are usually where the real requirement is hiding.
You get the feature list, the data model, a phased build order and the price, all in writing before work starts.
We build the smallest thing that proves it out first, on a real URL you can open. You use it, you tell us what is wrong, and we build the rest knowing it fits.
There is something new on staging to test as the build goes. You see progress as it happens instead of waiting months for a reveal that misses. The release rhythm is set with you before work starts.
Production deploy, error tracking, a written runbook, and a session with the team who will live in it. Software nobody was shown is software nobody uses.
We hand over the finished custom code once the engagement is paid in full. Take it from there, or keep us on for changes under a written agreement. Your call, and it stays your call.
