A shared sheet has no history, no permissions and no rules. Two people edit the same row and one of them loses. A real app writes to a database, keeps every change, and tells you who made it. Nobody has to remember which file is the current one.

Most lost jobs aren't lost by anybody. They sit in an inbox somebody assumed was handled. Assignment, status and due dates live in the app, so the thing that's overdue is on a screen instead of in somebody's memory.

Before we design anything we look at how the work actually happens today, including the workarounds. The workarounds are usually where the real requirement is hiding.

We build the smallest thing that proves it out first, on a real URL you can open. You use it, you tell us what is wrong, and we build the rest knowing it fits.

Production deploy, error tracking, a written runbook, and a session with the team who will live in it. Software nobody was shown is software nobody uses.
